What you will do

LENÇÓIS – POÇO DO DIABO - TORRINHA – PAI INÁCIO – LENÇÓIS - Departure by car from Lençóis to Poço do Diabo (20km), hike and time for swimming in the waterfall and the Mucugezinho River. Return to the car to travel 50 km to the Torrinha cave, located in the Iraquara region, which is one of the main speleological sites in Brazil. Today, 18 km of tunnels and galleries have already been mapped. Our crossing of the cave through one of the mapped sections takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes. The Torrinha Cave has an immense variety of rare formations, such as speleothems and aragonite flowers. A highlight is the small electite formation with an aragonite flower at the tip, unique in the world. After the tour, transfer to Morro do Pai Inácio (50min) and hike to the top of the hill to contemplate the view. To return to Lençóis, we traveled the same route by car. * Poço do Diabo – Waterfall with a 20m drop and a pool for bathing with dark waters (due to acidity) and almost no visibility. * Torrinha – one of the most beautiful caves in Chapada Diamantina, known for its chambers with numerous and rare rock formations. * Morro do Pai Inácio (1240m) – considered one of the postcards of Chapada Diamantina, Morro do Pai Inácio offers one of the most spectacular views of the region, with the various flat hills that characterize the landscape of this place.
