What you will do

The trail begins at the bottom of the valley, in a neighborhood called Bomba. The route starts at the foot of Morro Branco, an imposing wall of sedimentary rock, which leads us to reflect on our true dimension in the face of exuberant nature. We follow the trail through the forest and cross the main river numerous times until we reach the Purificação Waterfall, a natural sanctuary with the coldest, yet invigorating, bathing spot in the Capão Valley, with its pure waters that come directly from a spring located in Gerais do Vieira, a plateau located above the main waterfall. On the way back from the route, we stop at the Angélicas Waterfall for another swim and also to contemplate and breathe in all this surrounding natural beauty. 🌿
