Morro do Navio is an 1,800 m mountain in the Vale dos Três Morros and the highest point in Piatã. The name comes from the rock itself: one of its faces resembles the prow of a boat, and that outline gives the mountain its ship-like profile from the valley.

Getting there mixes driving and walking. There are 18 km of road to the start of the trail, then 1.8 km on foot to the top. The walking section is short in distance, but the effort is rated moderate to advanced, so allow time and bring sturdy shoes and water.

Piatã sits in the Seabra microregion and in the Seabra immediate region. Elsewhere in the same municipality, the Vivai catalogue also lists Cachoeira do Cochó, Cachoeira do Patrício, Serra da Santana, Serra da Tromba, Serra do Gentio, Garimpo da Mutuca and the Travessia Piatã a Catolés, enough to fill more than one day of walking.
